| Co-Sponsors’ Commitment: |
Each of the Co-Sponsors committed USD 150 million to the Fund. |

| Investment Period: |
Three years from the date of first closing (subject to one additional one-year extension), or when all capital has been invested. |

Eight years from the first closing, subject to two additional one-year extensions. |

| Leverage: |
The Fund will leverage on its investments to enhance investors’ return. |

| Exclusivity: |
The Co-Sponsors will not raise another fund with an investment strategy in Asia that is substantially similar to that of the Fund, until the end of the Investment Period or until at least 75% of the Fund’s capital has been invested (the “Relevant Period”). The Fund will have a right of first refusal during the Relevant Period on all Asian real estate opportunities within the Fund’s strategy which are originated by, or referred to, the Co-Sponsors. |
