The Investment Objective of the Fund is to target the acquisition of real estate investments that the Investment Manager believes, at the time of acquisition, will generate a target gross IRR in excess of 20%. The Fund will seek to generate these returns through current income and long term capital appreciation in the investments. The Investment Manager intends to opportunistically acquire, manage, develop, redevelop and realize proceeds from the sale of real estate properties throughout Asia and will allocate its investments by geography and property type to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns on invested capital.
The Fund will make real estate investments in Asia, which may be in the form of direct investment in real estate or indirect investment through the holding of debt or equity interests in property companies or property funds intended to achieve the target IRR referred to in the Investment Objective. Investments by the Fund will generally be diversified across the office, retail, residential, industrial and hotel sectors, and may be made at different investment stages, including development and income generation.
