Standard Chartered-Istithmar Asia Real Estate Opportunity Fund I, L.P. (the “Fund”), is a real estate fund jointly sponsored by Standard Chartered Bank and Istithmar Asia Real Estate Fund FZE. Each of the Co-Sponsors have committed USD 150 million to the Fund and, collectively, they are seeking total commitments (including the Co-Sponsors’ Commitments) of USD 750 million.
The Investment Manager, Standard Chartered-Istithmar Real Estate Fund Management (Singapore) Pte. Limited, is targeting a gross IRR in excess of 20% which it expects to generate through acquiring, managing, developing, redeveloping and, ultimately, realizing proceeds from the sale of real estate properties throughout Asia. |
